What does Croydon put in it's water? With the genuity of Stormzy, the organic delivery of bonkaz, the power duo that is Krept n Konan and now Whoisorion: an up and coming rap lyricist with memorable and witty flow.
Whoisorion signed to PXL records this time last year: a label with the firepower of Blinkie and producer Kevin Gani behind it; the latter who produced a healthy handful of tracks from Kenny Allstars mixtape 'Block Diaries'.
In my eyes comparable to Offset in terms of imagery; a breath of fresh air. His most recently released track titled 'Apologies' where auto tune is used to add complexion and vibrancy to the tune - a diverting listen which blends a straight to the point approach with melody, a versatility of distinct flows and a capability to sing despite what his twitter bio says.
The visuals and lyrics in the video emanate a sincere yet bouncy objective which alligns with Whoisorion as an artist, with no time for nonsense that surrounds him, his focus is set on breaking barriers - besides, who else do you know introducing muggles to wizarding bars besides Rubeus Hagrid?
